The First Christian Church Parsonage is architecturally significant as one of the most intact structures of its age and style in the City of Riverside. The style is identified as the pyramidal family of National fold houses. Several examples exist in Riverside which have been altered in varying degrees. The First Christian Church Parsonage retains a considerable amount of its architectural integrity on both the interior and exterior.
