Mr. Burgar is wearing a dark suit and tie, as well as a light-colored cap. Mrs. Burgar has a light-colored, long-sleeved dress and matching hat. Long grass covers the ground, while more trees can be seen in the background at left. Burgar was the Manager of the Department of tours for the Union Pacific Railroad Company of Chicago.
