- Photograph of an aerial view of flooding of the Santa Ana River, showing flooding over fields, ca.1930. What appear to be white waves crashing on the right spot the dim water which reaches over the surrounding fields. The river's previous barriers disappear as it soaks into the soil and swallows the roads on either side. The excess water seems to devastate the fields into the distance.
