- Aerial view of a section in La Quinta, located in the Coachella Valley; view is looking southwest. Dwellings are sparsely scattered on plotted sections of land, and Fritz Burns Park, located on Avenida Bermudas and 52nd Avenue, is visible on lower middle left. Even though several lush orchards are sprinkled along the forefront, the area still appears to be very arid. Photographed for Ralph Brown on June 16, 1956.
