- Birdseye view of a section in La Quinta, located in the Coachella Valley; view is looking slightly south. Fritz Burns Park, located on Avenida Bermudas (running vertically) and 52nd Avenue (running horizontally), sits prominently in the middle with sparsely scattered dwellings all around. Even though several palms and other lush trees are sprinkled throughout, the area still appears to be extremely arid. Photographed for Ralph Brown on June 16, 1956.
